I have been on a quest for abundant health since the diagnosis of bipolar disorder (manic-depression) in 1990. 

Though I had a deep spiritual practice since the age of 23, I didn’t begin to learn to learn how to work with the Light of Spirit until my mid 30’s. I grew up in a Jewish home and converted to Christianity at age 25, spending 17 years in a fundamentalist Christian based religion. While I no longer practice a specific “religion”, my family and I have enjoyed attending Unity Church of the Hills, in Austin since 2001.

When I first decided to take charge of my life, I weighed 220 pounds and suffered from bi-polar disorder (a familial disease), liver/gallbladder malfunction, thyroid disease and a host of on-going health problems - some, such as constant yeast infections and sinusitus, since early childhood. About the time I had dropped 45 pounds, I suffered a grand mal siezure and had surgery to remove a parathyroid gland. It was then I received a message from Spirit to go to massage school.  The massage school experience gave me a new and greater understanding about the human bodymind.  You can find more and photographs by going to my History page.

I have been practicing bodywork since 1997 and a Massage Therapy Instructor since 1999. During my massage school training, I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome.  The pain was so great, I thought I would not be able to finish school!  When I realized that I could take greater control of my body and my life, not only was the carpal tunnel syndrome healed, several other musculoskeletal issues, including chronic tendonitis and a dowager’s hump disappeared.  

Since then, I have been completely healed of the bi-polar disorder, hypo-thyroidism, liver and gall bladder malfunction and chronic sinusitis, a disease I had since childhood. I stopped taking all pharmaceutical medications in August of 1999. 

I now find abundance and joy in all areas of my life. As a teacher and a Coach, I use my personal experience, combined with the Wisdom of the Chakras, to bring out the healer in YOU. Wherever you are on your personal journey, I can help you excel.
